BEST SPICY MARGARITA IVE EVER HAD!! This is my go-to drink, so I have tried many variations of spicy margaritas and the one they prepare here is far and away the most balanced, flavorful one I’ve ever had. From the moment we happened upon this spot in Viva mall, we felt so at home and welcome that we decided to sit at the bar so we could chat with the staff. Everyone we’ve interacted with who works there - Luis, Katherine, and Violet - have incredible energy… so attentive, thoughtful, detail oriented and want to ensure we have the best experience possible every time we go. Luis, the main bartender, is incredibly talented and even went so far as to make us to make us something that wasn’t on the menu. The spicy margarita we now order every time was something he made specifically for us. My mom and told him how much we love spicy margaritas and so he got creative and added some jalapeños they use for another dish to the regular margarita, did some other cocktail magic, and bam! The best spicy margarita we’ve ever tried. Truly. (And we’re picky haha.) We even made a joke one time that he should name this drink after us and the next time we came he had put it in the system, and named after us!! We have never had an experience that made us feel so special as customers. And now others can enjoy this delicious cocktail that he created. :) if you like spicy margaritas - order it!! Now we make a point to come multiple times every time my mom visits us here and we always sit at the bar and chat with Luis because it feels like connecting with an old friend! Recomiendo BRUS a ojo cerrado. La atención es maravillosa, la comida y la coctelería... WAOOO! De lo mejor Luis es un genio detrás de la barra. Amable y talentoso. ¡Se interesa realmente porque la experiencia del cliente sea la mejor! El volumen de la música es perfecta para conversar con otros. Durante mi visita a Medellín, el centro comercial Viva se volvió uno de mis lugares frecuentes, y de todas las veces que fui, siempre comenzábamos o terminábamos en Brus. Y es que no era casualidad: los tragos preparados por Luis eran otra cosa —sabrosos, bien presentados y servidos con una actitud increíble que realmente marcaba la diferencia. A esto se le suma el trato especial de Violeth, nuestra mesera, siempre atenta y amable, y la buena energía de Katherin, la persona a cargo, que nos recibió cada vez con una sonrisa genuina. El ambiente es moderno, con buena música y una vibra relajada que invita a quedarse un rato más. La comida también estuvo a la altura, convirtiendo cada visita en una experiencia completa. Con todos estos detalles —servicio, bebidas, ambiente y atención personalizada—, sobran razones para volver a Brus. Sin duda, uno de mis lugares favoritos durante mi paso por Medellín. ⸻ During my visit to Medellín, Viva shopping mall quickly became one of my go-to spots. And every time I went, we either started or ended our day at Brus — it just became part of the routine. The cocktails made by Luis were on another level: flavorful, beautifully crafted, and served with a genuinely great attitude that made the experience even better. Adding to that, the warm and attentive service from our waitress Violeth, and the positive energy and smile of Katherin, the manager, really stood out. The place has a modern vibe, good music, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. The food also lived up to the standard, rounding out the experience perfectly. With great service, delicious drinks, a cool ambiance, and that personal touch — there are plenty of reasons to keep coming back to Brus. Definitely one of my favorite spots during my time in Medellín.

Luis is a chef bartender. If you are lucky enough to be served by him, your drink will be perfect AND beautiful. Order his specialty; Ferrari Margarita!

Sin duda alguna, BRUS se convirtió en nuestro lugar favorito para disfrutar de coctelería en Medellín. Luis es un verdadero experto detrás de la barra: cada cóctel que prepara es una obra maestra. La atención de Violett y Katherin fue impecable, amable y muy profesional, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. Cada visita a Brus en Viva Envigado ha sido una experiencia memorable, y gran parte de ese mérito se lo llevan Violeth y Katherin. Desde el primer momento nos recibieron con una energía increíble, siempre sonrientes, atentas y con una calidez que te hace sentir como en casa. Su atención al detalle y buena vibra marcan la diferencia, y honestamente son una de las razones por las que seguimos regresando. El ambiente del lugar es relajado pero con mucha onda, ideal tanto para una tarde casual como para comenzar la noche con estilo. El barman Luis merece una mención especial: prepara unos Moscow Mules espectaculares, equilibrados y refrescantes, justo como deben ser. Se nota que domina lo que hace y le pone pasión a cada cóctel. Probamos también las empanaditas de iglesia, y ¡qué delicia! Crujientes por fuera, sabrosas por dentro, con ese toque reconfortante que solo tienen las buenas empanadas. En resumen, Brus no solo ofrece buena comida y excelentes tragos, sino un equipo humano que eleva toda la experiencia. Special shoutout to bartender Luis, who made some of the best Moscow Mules we've had in a long time. Perfectly balanced, refreshing, and crafted with care — you can tell he loves what he does. We also tried the empanaditas de iglesia — and they were absolutely delicious. Crispy on the outside, flavorful on the inside, and packed with that comforting homemade taste you don’t always find. In short, Brus offers much more than good food and drinks — it delivers an experience powered by an exceptional team. We’ll keep coming back, because places with this kind of warmth and top-notch service are rare to find.
